SOMATIC EXPERIENCING

Somatic Experiences, also known as SE™, is a therapy method for treating trauma or stress disorders (post traumatic stress). SE™ helps release traumatic shock, providing clinical tools to resolve trauma responses for those stuck in the fight, flight, or freeze mindset. “The Somatic Experiencing approach facilitates the completion of self-protective motor responses and the release of thwarted survival energy bound in the body, thus addressing the root cause of trauma symptoms.
