Our mission is to support individuals and families in creating a life they are excited about living – while simultaneously challenging the status quo of mental health services.
We are an innovative psychotherapy and coaching practice. We use creative and concierge tools to meet the needs of our clients. We work diligently to eliminate the stigma attached to mental health and to reposition it as a mental wellness system. We are proactive rather than reactive in our approach.
We proudly customize services. We offer both traditional weekly therapy services as well as more in-depth services such as our EMDR intensives and Family retreats. We are happy you found us. If you are interested in learning how we can help you to become a better, happier, healthier, and more fulfilled you, contact us today.
Therapy should not be a one size fits all approach. The methods our team uses when creating a customized care plan for each client is entirely unique to every individual. We understand that what works for you may not work for someone else and vice versa. Our main priority is helping each individual heal from past trauma, learn to cope with stress, better communication skills, and build healthy relationships with loved ones. Depending on your specific goals and progress in each session, our therapists will continue to build and adjust your care plan. Taking the step to get help is a huge accomplishment and we want to make sure to support your journey in every way we can.

In a field where many clinicians are undervalued and overworked, we believe that competent and effective clinical work starts with clinicians who are balanced, do their own work and have the time and space to focus on themselves.
We use our clinical expertise with your personal expertise of yourself to light a lantern and walk with you down your journey of self-exploration, healing and happiness.
We proudly collaborate with The Clinical Best Practice Institute to provide our clients with the most ethical and up-to-date therapeutic services that are out there.
We believe in traditional therapy. We also believe there are other ways to get to where we are going and that one size does not fit all. We are taking concierge therapeutic services to a whole new level.
We shine light in dark places. We provide a lantern for people as a guide on their journey. No two journeys are the same but you don’t have to take that journey alone.
