Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises, or TRE®, is a body led practice designed to support the release of physical tension and help the nervous system return to a more regulated state.
Through a series of simple exercises, TRE® activates the body's natural tremoring response. The practice can help you develop greater awareness of how stress shows up in your body while learning tools that support relaxation, regulation, and resilience.
The goal is not to eliminate stress. It is to help your body become better equipped to move through stress and return to a more balanced state.
Learn practical ways to better understand how stress shows up in your body during demanding seasons of life. Build tools that support greater regulation, recovery, and resilience when pressure starts to build.
Periods of change and uncertainty can place added strain on both the body and nervous system. This program helps you recognize those responses and develop more intentional ways to move through them.
Develop a stronger connection to the physical cues that can signal stress, limits, and overwhelm. With greater awareness, you can begin responding earlier and building habits that support long term resilience.
Stress is part of life. Learn how to help your body recover from it. Resilience Recalibrated is a four-session program with Kendal Mohr, MSW designed to help you understand your nervous system and build practical, body-based tools for regulation, relaxation, and stress recovery.
