Kendal Mohr brings a grounded, intuitive approach to somatic wellness, helping clients reconnect with themselves beyond chronic stress and nervous system overwhelm by bringing awareness back into the body. Her work is shaped by a unique combination of social work education, trauma-informed somatic practices, and a decade of firsthand experience in high-pressure professional environments, giving her deep insight into both the external and internal demands many ambitious professionals quietly carry.
Kendal earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of South Carolina. She specializes in Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®); a body-based modality designed to support nervous system regulation and the release of chronic stress patterns and tension felt in the body. Her approach integrates increased body awareness, gentle movement practices that help release tension, mindfulness, and nervous system education. The goal is to help clients move out of survival mode, expand their window of tolerance, increase emotional resilience, and create a more sustainable relationship with stress and performance.
Before transitioning into somatic wellness work, Kendal spent ten years as a successful Realtor, where she developed a strong understanding of the emotional intensity, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic stress many professionals experience behind the scenes. That lived experience now informs the compassionate, practical approach she brings to her work today.
